Logan McDonnell is a nonprofit executive and social impact leader who has raised over $20 million in private philanthropy and managed portfolios exceeding $45M to drive housing stability, equity, and poverty reduction across the Bay Area. For more than a decade, he has advanced solutions at the intersection of housing, health, and economic mobility, scaling programs that prevent homelessness, expand access to care, and create pathways to long-term stability.

His leadership spans both operations and strategy:

• Scaling Impact – Grew budgets and teams across multiple counties, overseeing programs in homelessness prevention, guaranteed income, rapid rehousing, behavioral health, and workforce development.

• Fundraising & Partnerships – Built strong relationships with philanthropy, government, and the private sector, securing multi-million-dollar investments to fuel innovation.

• Governance & Thought Leadership – Serving as Vice Chair of the Board at Glide Memorial and on the Executive Board of 100 Black Men of the Bay Area, I help shape policy and strengthen equity-driven community institutions.
